    NOTES

    Please note, if you place an order for Next Day delivery after 2pm it will not be processed until the following day. Next Day does not include weekends and Bank Holidays.

    Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email when your order is dispatched. This email will contain the name of the Courier and your tracking number.

    LOCAL PICKUP
    We offer a pickup in our shop option, this can be selected on the delivery section of the checkout process. Generally local pickup orders will be ready within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

    NOTES

    We provide a secure delivery service to most International destinations via International Tracked & Signed Delivery or Courier Service.

    Please note that if your order is heavier than 2kg, it will incur additional shipping costs that we will notify you of prior to dispatch.

    We expect most European parcels to take around 5-10 days, Rest of World around 7-15 days although in some instances may take much longer. (some have taken 6 weeks!)

    Please note that customers living outside the UK may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve delays. All goods are delivered duty unpaid and the customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed. It is best to check what your rates and limits are in your individual country.

    If a parcel has to be returned to us because the customer:

    1. Has not collected the item.
    2. Is not available when delivery is made.
    3. Gives wrong delivery and or contact details.

    Then any extra postage or customs duties related costs that we incur to retrieve the parcel will be payable by the customer.
